Big League Impact

Overview

Founded by Cardinals Pitcher, Adam Wainwright, and his brother Trey Wainwright, Big league Impact creates opportunities for pro athletes and celebrities to interact and compete with fans in ways that allow them to raise money for effective charities while doing what they would ordinarily do anyway. What started with an annual Fantasy Football draft at Busch Stadium has now grown to 10 leagues, a karaoke challenge, a March Madness tournament and a Striking Out Poverty campaign where fans pledge to charity based upon strikeouts thrown by a major league pitcher. In five years, BLI, has raised almost $2,000,000 and impacted over 1M people in the US and around the globe.
