At Beyond Our Game, we provide our database of over 200 student-athletes of color with resources to enhance resumes, prepare for interviews, and smoothly transition into the workforce. We also connect our student-athletes to employment opportunities at firms that prioritize diversity and inclusion. We also recognize the importance of giving back to diverse communities. We achieve our mission at the grassroots level by hosting free sports clinics to those in underrepresented communities. We have hosted over 100 youth athletes of color at our events!
