Beluga Baby was founded in 2015 in Vancouver, Canada, by husband and wife duo Ashley and Haley Campbell, about five months after their daughter was born. Starting a business with a newborn is not for the faint of heart, but they wouldn't have it any other way. They wanted to create something that helped new parents; really helped them.
