Beeznests Connection Ltd. was founded in 2020. It is the first student remote job platform that enables companies to hire for internships (full-time, student hire), remote projects (part-time, student hire), and larger scale, complex projects (part-time, Academic Team hire consisting of one facilitator and trained students). Special hiring model "Academic Team": Companies will only need to pay for the professor (Team Lead) of the project. The professor will not only be fully responsible for the quality of the project but will also offer the solution proposal for your problem and delegate tasks to the students. The minimum wage is $1000 per project. Depending on the size and scope of the project, the suggested monthly wage is between $1000 -1500 for the team lead, but you can decide any wage as long as you meet the minimum and team leads want to sign up. For regular projects, you can post both paid and unpaid projects. Once you post it on our site, not only will the students can apply, but also the mentor (professor/industry expert). If you want to increase the amount of applicants, it is recommended to offer a small compensation fee. We help students not only find vast amounts of remote opportunities; we also help companies discover new solutions and perspectives for their problems through formal business solution proposals provided by our Academic Team Leads. We also offer boot camps and mentorship programs where students can be trained directly by industry experts through hands on experience.
