PASSION: Beerology®’s mission has always been to help grow the industry. Now that a wide range of establishments carry a wide selection of beers and waitstaff are increasingly knowledgeable about beer, the next step is to master beer & food pairing and use the beer list to its full potential. To this end, Mirella has launched an online course on how to pair beer with food designed for hospitality professionals who work with beer. This easy to follow, step-by-step guide can be completed anywhere, with any beer. It will show you how to master pairing your beers with food. Once you pass the course, you’ll earn a badge, that you can share to show prospective employers that you have mastered this invaluable skill. TASTE: Beerology® provides sensory evaluation and detailed descriptions of beers to better inform marketing materials as well as to help fine-tune flavour profiles.
