Bruce Kelly started Beacon Fire in 2020 in order to provide pragmatic and objective advice on the risk from fire in transport infrastructure. Having a realistic understanding of the risk, balanced with community expectations, whilst supporting our emergency services, informs educated decision making, and helps produce good design.
