Overview

Be Gourmet is a premium catering group specialized in operating airport concessions. Our mission is to enhance travelers' airport experience by creating exceptional tailor-made restaurants in-terminal. Why not having a magret de canard or a sushi plate before taking your flight? Be Gourmet's vision is that airports are growing and changing: passengers needs become more complex and more sophisticated. Airports are adapting their food concession mix, and this is where Be Gourmet comes into play. We currently operate 3 restaurants, including 2 at Paris-CDG and 1 at Paris-Orly: - Frenchy's Bistro, in the hall connecting Terminal 2A & 2C land-side, operated by the famous Michelin star awarded Gilles Epié. In a typical Parisian atmosphere, travelers can enjoy one last French bistronomic meal before departure. - Café Cubiste, Terminal 2E gate M, is the 1st table-service restaurant of the Terminal. Café Cubiste serves international food in the atmosphere of an art gallery, in continuity with the exhibition hall "Espace Musées" that was built along with Café Cubiste. Every six month, Espace Musées welcomes a new Parisian cultural institution : Musée Rodin, Fondation Dubuffet, Petit Palais, Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Musée Picasso... Passengers can enjoy art & food at the same time !! - CUP, for Cuisine Urbaine Parisienne, located in the public area of South Orly, is a spectacular 500 sq meters restaurant offering a beautiful view on the runway. In the atmosphere of a urban market, passengers can enjoy French bistronomic cuisine while surrounded by street art. Be Gourmet is always looking for new challenges and for talented people.
