Overview

BDT stands for Boards and Directors Talent. BDT is based in Florida. Its purpose is to work advising exclusively to the Owners, Shareholders, CEOs, Boards of Directors, Directors and High Senior Management with the objective of, through the correct structures, strategies and execution, taken and monitored by the Board of Directors, to mark a quantum leap in performance of their companies. In the current context of disruption, transformation, de-globalization and social change, the quality of company management acquires unusual relevance. And therefore, it makes sense work at the highest Corporate Level. The main, but not exclusive, focus of BDT will be Latin companies in the United States and Multi-Latinas. I will work face-to-face with clients and will be accompanied by a network of distinguished professionals, each with a background from Chairmanship to board members, and with specialties in different "industries" and management processes.
