BaronHR is a privately owned and nationally trademarked strategic firm servicing the light industrial, professional, clerical, finance, hospitality, security and transportation industries. For over 20 years our principal owner has grown the firm from a regional Orange County operation to a national staffing agency servicing clients across the US. OUR MISSION: At BaronHR, terms like “human capital” or ”work units” or even “human resources” are avoided when talking about people. After all, if a “resource” has a name, he or she is an individual with hopes, dreams, passions and priorities – not just a commoditized asset or resource to be managed. That’s why we call what we do the ”human side of business”. OUR PURPOSE: We help individuals strengthen their personal careers, regardless of whether they are seasoned professionals or just starting out. We help businesses and other organizations find, recruit and evaluate talented, hardworking employees who can help run their operations. We also assist these companies with a variety of relevant safety concerns, compliance issues and employment-related paperwork.
