Barguez & Dilán is a market research and project management consulting firm, psychological consumer profiler and a leading advisor on business strategy in Puerto Rico. We partner with clients in all sectors and regions to identify their highest-value opportunities, address their most critical challenges, and transform their businesses. As Doctors we follow the scientific profile of the contemporary needs of the consumer. After studying the consumer, we design; How he needs the product? When he needs the product? How he can be interested in the product? (Why he needs the product?) And finally the process of merchandise and purchase. Our company is divided in two basic levels: 1. We create competitive advantage through marketing- brand and organizational diagnose, that will provide the tools to build capabilities in all the members of the organization to offer a product needed and wanted by the studied consumer. 2. After studying the consumer by marketing research and the psychological perspective we are able to design comprehensive marketing plan, brand strategy, among others. Our Industrial psychology and marketing services are applied to personnel, administration, management, sales, and branding. Activities may include project management, policy planning, employee screening and assessment, human capital, training and organizational business development and statistical analysis. Our group works with the administration to propose the necessary changes or alterations in the market and work environment, as to improve the productivity and all what is related to develop a successful organization.
