For occupiers, we analyze alternatives to meet the client’s space needs objectives and assist in negotiations. Our philosophy is to have strong Principal involvement in every project—both in managing the client relationship and in executing the consulting assignment. In addition, our third-party service providers supply specialized property-type, international, and other focused expertise.
