The Baltic Defence College is a multinational professional military education institution of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania established in 1999. The College educates military and security-related civilian personnel of the Framework Nations, allies and partners, while promoting international cooperation and networking and contributing to research in security and defence policy. 5 core courses are currently conducted at the College.
