Balance for Better Business is an independent business-led review group, established by government five years ago, with a focus on improving gender balance in business governance and senior leadership in Ireland. We are tasked with examining the gender mix within the highest levels of business and putting forward actions to increase the percentage of women on corporate Boards and in senior management. Most importantly we’re driven by our mission to highlight the positive business impact that gender diversity at leadership and all levels of an organisation can deliver.
