Overview

We strive to build a welcoming environment and empowering atmosphere to help those with neurological impairments push through their limitations and rise above paralysis! We offer specialized, post-acute neuro fitness training, activity based therapy, aquatic exercise sessions, peer support groups and group fitness classes with our exercise physiologists to continue improvement after, between, or in conjunction with occupational and physical therapy. In traditional therapy programs, the focus is on working with the muscles that are already strong enough for current function, adaptation, and compensatory techniques. BTI rehab fitness's focus is to strengthen areas below and around the injury to challenge and reorganize new neurological connections for recovery optimization and independence. Our goal is to provide patterned motor activity, gravitational loading, target task specific and functional training, challenge the non-innervated muscles, improve core stability and endurance for overall health and lifelong wellness.
