Babsy exists since 2018 as a club and is run by volunteers. The founding team is committed to build a sustainable but also creative and innovative and easy-to-use solution for childcare. Babsy offers the safest environment for parents and caregivers. Many parents know the following situations: They are looking forward to a romantic evening or a date with friends, but then the babysitter cancells last minute. A meeting lasts longer or the child is ill and cannot attend the daycare center. In situations like these it is difficult to find a suitable babysitter at short notice. This is where Babsy comes in and helps parents quickly find a reputable and dutiful babysitter. Babsy makes reliable childcare available anywhere, anytime. The web-based application can be roughly compared with the concept of Booking.com or Uber, however, it is of course much safer and connects only audited persons. A whole new approach to child care, using the most modern elements of today's technology and the highest safety standards. Only registered and verified users find each other on the platform. All users are checked in a carefully selected registration process. The sitters must also submit further, trust-promoting and examining documents. Today the Portoflio already comprises more than 70 sitters from different age groups between 14 and 64 years who have capacities at all times of day and night. This means that the right care solution can be found for every situation, whether emergency, short-term or long-term planning events or for fixed nanny assignments.
