The Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA) currently represents 200,000+ units in the Tampa Bay Area and 12 surrounding counties. We are a non-profit trade association serving the interests of the rental housing industry. Membership includes individual owners, property management companies, suppliers, and vendors who provide products and services for the rental housing industry.
