Overview

b210 functions as a testing ground for working methods based on interdisciplinary cooperation. What will the result be when the concept-developing team of a project is considerably larger than is common, bringing together up to ten creative thinkers? Experiments have allowed us to take a fresh approach to each new job and gather a broad range of experience of various work processes. b210 unites an ever changing group of people who are brought together by a diverse network of acquaintances. At the moment, b210 combines the fields of architecture, urban activism, landscape architecture, interior design, art, philosophy, conservation, etc. So far, b210 has been taking part in various architecture competitions (e.g. Seminari Street linear park in Rakvere, Tartu Youth Centre, Kuressaare Boat Testing Pool), doing research and writing on urban topics (Tallinn Planning Guide; editing Ehituskunst - the bookazine of architecture and spatial thought and articles in other architecture magazines) and urban installations. In other words, what b210 does are spatial interventions in all scales and formats. Today, b210 refers to Karin Tõugu, Aet Ader, Mari Hunt and Kadri Klementi.
