ABOUT US The Royal LePage Real Estate Advantage program, offered by Ian Wilson's Aviation Real Estate Group, provides a multi-layered service program that includes advisory services for relocations (short and long term rentals), acquisition and disposition of residential, investment and commercial properties. In addition we offer interactive Lunch and Learn Seminars/ Webinars that are focused on relevant topics in real estate, with an occasional guest speaker forum. Our program offers a monetary rebate exclusive to Air Georgian employees and their immediate family who purchase and or sell properties with our Aviation Real Estate Group, as well as, an employee referral program. It is our team's belief that our Real Estate Advantage Program offers companies, like Air Georgian, an opportunity to offer a tangible benefit to its employees at no additional cost or use of management’s time RELOCATION SERVICES It has been our experience that the happiness of any new employee starts with a successful transition that includes finding a place to live. Our team has acted for Government, Financial Institutions, Multi-National companies and individuals relocating for a new position. We have helped dozens of clients find new homes and make a successful transition. Our team will help new employees source short and long term rental options that are available to our real estate system and educate them on the various areas and neighborhoods they are considering.
