The motivation for creating the joint entity was to combine the resources of the airlines and ACSA to provide non-competing, shared services in accordance with international conventions and best practice, with the objective of ensuring integrated and cost-effective delivery. In order to operate services as cost-effectively as possible, ACS is a not-for-profit company which invests in the latest technology and equipment to ensure that services are rendered to the highest possible International and National Standards and Best Practice.
