I established Avalon in 2014, offering support for organisations of all sizes needing help with People Management and HR. Avalon’s aim is to offer a great value advisory service and pragmatic support to businesses facing people challenges such as staff retention, preparation for growth, and other types of change. While we are based near Bristol we undertake projects in most UK locations. Customers include family owned SME businesses employing 10 - 100 people, up to multi-site organisations with thousands of UK employees. We have supported a wide range of businesses and are familiar with Healthcare, Factories and Manufacturing, Automotive (Retail and Aftermarket), High Street Retail and the usual head office functions.
