Overview

The Austin Mindfulness Center offers a unique perspective to therapy with a mindfulness and acceptance-based approach to wellness. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, your relationships are suffering, you simply want to be more present in your life, we believe mindfulness is the key to balanced and purposeful living. We offer individual and group therapy for adults and teens. Appointments are available morning, afternoon, and evenings 7 days a week. We also offer mindfulness coaching and workshops. Call us for more information. We believe mindfulness is the key to living vitally and with purpose. We aim to be a community resource that promotes healing and education through mindfulness and compassion. We believe that mindfulness should be accessible to everyone and we are always creating new ways of getting mindfulness out to the public. As healers, we are also dedicated to making mindfulness a daily part of our own lives and we strive to be present with ourselves and with our clients every day.
