Paulo Pereira has been working in the real estate industry for over 26 years. After gaining extensive experience in leading companies of the south american market, Pereira decided to create Auster Brasil Real Estate in 2013. He got his B.S. in economics at UNICAMP and followed whith studies in the real estate program at Poli-USP(Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo) and an MBA whith a concentration in Investment Banking at FIPECAFI (Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras), in São Paulo, Brazil.
