This practice continues in Ausdecom today, our business is and has always been based on the principle of re-using, re-directing, or recycling as much of the materials we extract from our projects as possible. We have also opened our gates to other businesses to bring their construction and demolition waste to us, diverting it from landfill. People are at the heart of what we do and Ausdecom is a diverse and inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity and culture in all its forms. We focus on attracting local high-quality employees, providing training and continuous development to keep our people at the forefront of our industry. Ausdecom’s specialist teams have completed many projects within live plants and major hazard facilities for some of Australia’s biggest Blue-Chip companies in the Petrochemical, Refining, Smelting and heavy industrial manufacturing sectors.
