Overview

Aula Magna Business School is the 1st online Business School for female leaders. Aula Magna was born with a clear purpose: end all gender gaps through the improvement of education, while also increasing access to it. With our programs, we want to contribute to the creation of more equitable, and thereby, more profitable businesses. This is a project designed by and for women like you, and that has been derived directly from our experiences and realized needs as working women. CEO and founder, Clara Lapiedra, identified a need for business programming that catered to the female entrepreneur. Having participated first hand in many well known business programs, both in Spain and internationally, Clara was able to identify an existing gap in the programming. She saw an opportunity to not only update the content of traditional business programs, but to also adapt the teaching methods to maximize engagement and enhance scheduling and formatting flexibility for female participants. Currently, women barely fill 30% of executive program classrooms around the world (40% at Harvard). Clara strives to address this disparity in order to improve the projection of female professional’s career paths and to work towards a more equitable and sustainable future. The UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, specifically quality education, gender equality, reduced inequalities and good jobs & economic growth, form the backbone of Aula Magna and its mission. As Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” The sooner we improve education, the sooner we can benefit from its results.
