Leading Women of Tomorrow, a student-run, non-profit, nonpartisan organization, seeks to empower and support nonbinary and female-identifying students to consider careers in public service to bridge the gender gap among public representatives. We believe the key to addressing the underrepresentation of women in any career or organization is cultivating interest in the next generation and continuing to support female-identifying students in the public sector. Our organization strives to equip more undergraduate women with the skills, resources, and confidence to become advocates in their professional fields, with the goal of creating a broader network of change-makers in the next generation.
