Parenting coordination is a child-centered alternative dispute resolution system. It is aimed at parents whose persistent high level of conflict constitutes an evolutionary risk for their children. It provides that an impartial third party, an adequately trained professional, helps highly conflicted parents to put bi-parenting into practice through the implementation and maintenance of the decisions already taken by the Judicial Authority and those that will be taken within the process. of Co.Ge. based on the recognition of children's needs. The Parental Coordinator, with the consent of the parents, will be able to suggest solutions, provide recommendations and, within the limits of the mandate received, make decisions in the interest of the children.
