Overview

The Association of Zoo and Exotic Veterinary Nurses (AZEVN) began in 2012 as the Zoo and Exotic Veterinary Nurses workshop (ZEVN), with an ever-growing network of like-minded veterinary nurses, ZEVN workshop grew to capacity and the AZEVN was created in 2016! We have been holding annual conferences and facilitating networking opportunities for veterinary nurses and students across the world, raising the profile of exotic, zoo and wildlife nursing and promoting best practice and high welfare for our patients.
