Founded in London 2003, Assa Studio Limited is closely working with companies’ R&D and business innovation units as well as public institutions. Clients include Samsung, Nike, Panasonic, Amazon, Target and the UK Home retail group among others and as well as the UK government Technology & strategy board, the Science museum, the Design museum and the Victoria & Albert museum. The studio specialises in industry 4.0 data driven evolutionary design, that is user and society focused. We use time-based behavioural, biometric and ergonomic information to design objects more suited to the user. We design for hybrid additives and subtractive manufacturing, as well as a wide range of traditional manufacturing processes. We aim at decentralising and localising production, while taking into consideration the limitations of the planet. Assa Studio Ltd is based in London since 2003
