The firm was corporatised and renamed to Angeline Suparto Law Corporation (ASLC) in November 2011 and is closely associated with Tuah and Suparto (formerly known as Dau & Tuah), a law firm in Jakarta. ASLC is a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law in Singapore, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving the Indonesian market, which has grown steadily into one of the key investment hubs in Asia.
