Overview

Founded in 2009, TMP undertakes charitable and commercial projects with partners including governments, investors, corporates, research institutions, NGOs and foundations. Our proprietary climate models, quantitative data and qualitative analysis effectively communicate the risks of near term climate change. While many organizations working in climate change focus on average changes in temperature by 2050, TMP focuses on weather extremes occurring in the 2020s and 2030s. This work helps our partners prepare for near term climate change by: Creating completely unique geospatial models and risk analyses to help clients better understand the risks they face. Providing advisory services with fresh ideas for proactive, implementable responses to those challenges. Delivering seminars, workshops and training to make sure our models, analyses and advice have real impact. Our work is needed due to increasingly aggressive climate change which threatens to severely compound existing problems - such as biodiversity loss and food security - and may also keep us from having the stability we need to eliminate emissions.
