Asian Pacific Islander Small Business Collaborative (formerly API SB Program) is a collaborative of six community/based nonprofit organizations providing linguistically & culturally appropriate small business technical assistance in Los Angeles County. We’re an SBA Women’s Business Center since 2005. Our mission is to assist the development of small and micro businesses in Los Angeles, with a particular focus on the Cambodian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Pilipino and Thai business communities, especially those of low income immigrants.
