Ascend Education provides accessible, specialised support for headteacher and senior leadership recruitment, drawing upon the expertise of a consultant pool comprising former and serving Heads, Principals and Chairs of Governors. We design and offer bespoke services and practical support to clarify the complex process of leadership recruitment in education and, subsequently, enhancing performance in post. Accredited use of psychometric assessments enables us to provide evidence for recruitment decisions, a focus for leadership development and a informed foundation for enhancing senior leadership team productivity. Training is provided for the decision makers in school recruitment (including governors) and a support service is available for aspirant leaders for writing applications and mock interviews.
