Overview

Our mortadellas are the result of the artisan wisdom and the recipe developed by Silvio Scapin that respects the canons of a correct diet. It is based on a short supply chain, high quality raw materials, entirely handmade and slow cooking without the use of logic or industrial machinery. Confirming the daily care and attention paid to our products, Mortadella Classica and Mortadella Mora Mora became part of the Slow Food Presidium and Mortadella Sette Chiese obtained organic certification, making it the first organic mortadella produced in Bologna.
