Founded in 2003, the Arte Capoeira Center is NYC's premier full-time capoeira school. The 2,500 sqf studio offers daily capoeira classes open to all levels students. The ACC offers a safe, accessible space for all to participate in meaningful activities that engage body, heart, and mind. -The Arte Capoeira Center has also been offering classes to afterschool programs and no-profit organizations such as: I have a Dream, NYCares, Outward Bound, the Bronx Museum, Sports and Arts in School Foundation. -The ACC group has performed at several corporate events including those promoted by: Nike, American Express, WebMD, Brahma Beer. -Private individual and groups classes are available upon request.
