Overview

Arroyo Exteriors was first established in 1984 (as Arroyo Roofing) by Guillermo "Memo" Arroyo, a Costa Rican that made Nebraska his home and started his career in the construction industry by framing and roofing homes. From humble origins, installing roofs on his own, Memo grew his company in a competitive environment without any marketing other than yard signs and word of mouth. For over 30 years, Arroyo Roofing gained recognition in Lincoln, NE for its professionalism, honesty, and quality work. In 2016, Memo retired but his legacy continues through a second generation of the Arroyo family serving the local community; making sure that Nebraskan homes are weatherproof, comfortable, and beautiful. In 2023, we rebranded as Arroyo Exteriors to reflect the wider array of services that we provide to homeowners. We aim to be a one-stop shop for all your home exterior needs: roofing, siding, decks, paint, gutters, and fencing.
