Operates as a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation and have at least 50% of its budget devoted to providing assistance to Arizona residents in meeting basic needs, particularly providing services to residents of Arizona who receive temporary assistance for needy family’s benefits, are low-income residents or individuals who have a chronic illness or physical disability, within the meaning of Arizona statutes related to Qualifying Charitable Organizations, ARS Section 43-1088 et. seq. and within the meaning of section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Arizona DeMolay Community Initiative, a (501(c)3, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Arizona DeMolay Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
