Access to locally grown fresh food is vital. As a farm and business, we can supply it to restaurants and grocery stores, and we can provide food to address rising hunger. From the historic home of American agriculture, our roots are Minnesota born. We operate modern glass-house greenhouse farms, where we sustainably grow and supply fresh nutritious produce, year-round. We use sunlight, renewable energy, and a fraction of the water used in conventional farming, with no harmful chemical inputs. Locally grown and regionally distributed, we deliver food when it's most fresh, long-lasting, and best tasting. Whole food plant-based eating should be the affordable, easy, accessible first choice.
