We are a veteran-owned small business based in the Atlanta Metro area, and our key expertise is in transformation strategy, change management, Integrated Risk Management (to include RCM, Compliance, Risk, Resiliency and Governance), and process governance. We have a flagship service offering of Risk as a Service (RaaS) which provides your organization with a full risk function (to include the creation of a risk program) for a fraction of the cost of maintaining an in-house capability. We also offer individual services to help bolster your existing capability and will partner to help your organization become more effective. Our expertise ranges from financial services and sustainability to distribution and healthcare, and we have worked with public, private and government sectors to develop solutions. One key reason Arc was started was to address a growing need for expertise, specifically in the realm of ESG, and ESG risk (Environment, Social, Governance). Currently, a majority of ESG risk is still in the 'emerging' categorization. In the very near future, ESG capabilities will be a requirement, as 2030 and 2050 global decarbonization goals are enacted into legislation. While many companies are loosely seeking to mitigate these emerging risks, these initial efforts may not be enough to satisfy requirements that will be necessary for us to achieve our national and global goals.
