AQUAWELL GROUP AG is a Swiss private limited Company running a mineral water business. The Company owns 100 % of the subsidiary companies AQUAWELL Production D.O.O. in Kosjeric / Serbia owning SAINT JOHN’S a large mineral water spring source in a natural reserve resort and AQUAWELL Distribution Inc, Washington DC / USA, dedicated distribution arm for the American market. In February 2011, the Company obtained the international exploitation rights (No. 310-02-00289/2010-03) and may distribute mineral water worldwide. AQUAWELL holds in total 45,866 m2 land of which approximately 35,000 m2 is industrial construction land. The factory was completed by the end of March 2017 with the newest technology, belonging to the most modern mineral water factories of Europe, and since then operative, bottling mineral water for the local domestic market Serbia and surrounding countries. Further target markets are Switzerland, Italy, Russia and during 2018 the USA. Sales activities for the region are covered from Serbia whilst other countries are covered from Switzerland. Financial, Marketing and other supporting activities are provided from Switzerland as well.
