Applied Movement is an advanced education provider for allied health professionals and practitioners of Pilates and other movement modalities. We work with Anatomy Trains headquarters to bring in the original Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (previously called KMI) modules created by Tom Myers, as well as other reowned educators in Pilates and functional movement fields. We are a wholly owned subsidiary company of Core Fitness Physiotherapy & Pilates based in Singapore.
