By definition, Apex Capital Management, LLC is a private investment firm. However, we like to think of ourselves as entrepreneurs who partner with management teams to grow bigger and stronger companies. We invest in long-term value creation, with no fixed investment time horizons. We create value by leveraging our executives’ and partners’ experience as financiers and operators of businesses. Since our reputation is our greatest asset, we will guard it closely by only getting involved in friendly transactions and by operating our firm and our businesses with the same simple set of principles that have made us successful thus far.
