ANGLO INDIAN was founded in 2005 in preparation for Foreign Direct Investment into the Indian real estate sector. The company concentrates on large scale land acquisition and development partnerships in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India. Where ANGLO INDIAN is different is the collaborative nature of its developments, incorporating highly prestigious educational, sporting and lifestyle brands, like MCC/Lord’s (details to follow shortly). The Company was founded by Simon Reid, a UK national with twenty years experience in real estate investment, development, financing and asset management across the UK, Continental Europe and Asia. Simon’s experience of the Indian real estate market dates back to 1996.
