Angi Bell is a personal and professional development coach focused primarily on the real estate industry. She is an avid reader, wife, mom, and beach lover residing in St. Augustine, Florida. Through coaching and consulting, she helps people reach their full potential. Watching good people struggle to succeed motivated her to start her business. Prior to real estate coaching, Angi had a successful career as a Vice-President in corporate banking. As a woman in a male-dominated business, she was the highest-performing and lowest-paid VP in the company. She knew deep down this career path wasn’t for her. She began working as a real estate agent with Keller Williams in 2006 and quickly learned the tools of the trade. Not long after, she started teaching other agents. She realized the people she was teaching had the information but not the inspiration. Other real estate coaches focused on rapid growth and business diagnostics, i.e. information. It seemed most real estate coaches lacked the ability to inspire. Angi believes that business and real estate professionals need coaching to achieve breakthroughs. They don’t need another boss- they need a champion, partner, ass-kicker, and cheerleader. With 15 years of experience in the real estate business, she is a rarity in the industry.
