We are a mobile fitness business geared towards helping people that would like to do exercises but have some limitations and can't do them; whether it be a physical injury, aging related issues, lack of transportation; no desire to be in a "typical gym" environment or whatever it may be. We come to you and provide machine assisted exercises. Our machines are known to increase blood circulation, improve muscle strength and flexibility. You can still do what you thought was in the past or out of reach and we are here to help.
