With over 35 years business experience in Architecture and Professional Consulting I now focus my time to acquire established companies from owners who are ready to retire/exit from the business within the next 2-3 years. Typically, I invest in companies with revenues of £1m-10m that are either trading profitably or would benefit from a business turnaround or restructuring program.
