Anderton Venture Capital (SICAV PLC) is an investment firm (Notified AIF), formed and advised by a group of highly skilled professionals with a broad range of expertise in the area of international financial markets, having worked for BlackRock, HSBC Private Bank, GE Capital, JPMorgan, Alpha Value and European Commission. We are CEE-focused organization, dedicated to impact investing. Our shareholder is Gamma Capital Markets, multinational asset manager with 1,2 billion EUR under management. We intend to put investors money to work. Our investment proposition is an exceptional product that combines venture capital (VC) with collective investment scheme organized as SICAV. The product - “Challenger Impact High Income Fund I” is one of the first funds globally that give eligible, retail investors access to private market investment opportunities through subscription to an open-ended fund, with potential return on investment significantly beating other asset classes.
