AMS Property Group, LLC is a professional, full service real estate solutions company that buys and sells properties throughout the greater SF Bay Area, CA. We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded in 2013 by Stephen Kiraly, James Schalich and Austin Schalich, AMS Property Group is excited to be part of the area’s revitalization and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of San Francisco and its neighborhoods.
