American Premier Cricket League (APCL) APCL has a sole purpose and mission of actively promoting the game of Cricket among the youth in the state of Illinois and the Midwest region. Given the burgeoning South Asian population across the United States, the game of Cricket has assumed exponential significance and passion not seen hitherto in every town and city.
