Overview

The American Institute of Consumer Studies (AICS) has been collecting consumer data for over 40 years by personally interviewing individuals in more than 25,000 households all across America each year. The purpose is to interview the typical American consumer on their media habits and product purchases. In order to gather accurate statistics of the American people, our dedicated staff of Field Interviewers visit households throughout the continental United States to conduct the interviews. We deliver extensive personalized, paid training in Newtown Square, PA where the LHK Partners/AICS headquarters is located. After successful completion of training, we continue supporting our Field Interviewers by teaming them up with qualified Field Supervisors who work to ensure that our Interviewers are succeeding in every aspect of their duties. In addition, new Field Interviewers are paired up with an experienced Field Interviewer as their Mentor, and we also provide you with the opportunity to spend a day in the field shadowing a tenured interviewer. We supply this ongoing support because want our new employees to receive the guidance they need to succeed! The data we collect on these interviews is analyzed and distributed to many of the nation's leading manufacturers and service providers with the intentional goal to positively improve the products and services we utilize every day. This includes the newspapers and magazines you read, television networks you watch, the radio stations you tune into and the products you purchase at various stores. Our supportive Research team strives to ensure the participants involved in our study are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from start to finish. The feedback of those interviewed speaks for thousands of the American people and truly makes a difference in the ways you purchase your favorite products!
