American Forest Products ("AFP") was comprised of three divisions, Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Logistics & Service. AFP Manufacturing had both domestic and off-shore manufacturing operations. AFP’s wholesale division, American Moulding, sold mouldings, boards and specialty millwork to big-box retailers and other residential construction retailers. AFP Logistics & Service was a leading provider of third-party logistics and in-store retail services for other building products manufacturers selling into big-box retail and pro-dealer locations. The Company's assets were sold in 2015.
